Rules
The Management of Etrusco Camping Village welcomes you and wishes you a pleasant stay, in the spirit of relaxation, respect and harmonious coexistence with other guests and the surrounding nature.
Confirmation of the booking, payment of any deposit and/or entry into the Etrusco Camping Village implies full acceptance and observance of these rules in their entirety.
All guests and visitors are required to comply with the rules set out here, as well as any instructions provided by the Management or staff, including in special circumstances.
These rules are available at the reception and are considered accepted without reservation upon entry.
The Management reserves the right to amend the rules at any time and to ask anyone who does not comply with the regulations to leave, at its sole discretion.
1. Booking
- The booking is personal and non-transferable.
- Booking confirmation is made upon payment of the deposit (bank transfer or credit card transaction); otherwise the booking is not validated.
- Guests are required to verify the accuracy of their booking details (dates, names, requested services). Any errors must be promptly communicated by email to info@etruscocampingvillage.it.
- Any request to modify the booking must be communicated in writing by email to info@etruscocampingvillage.it.
- The booking is binding for the period and type of accommodation or pitch booked. Specific requests (number, position, etc.) are not guaranteed.
- In case of cancellation communicated at least 10 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation after this deadline, the deposit will be retained.
- In case of no-show without communication, the booking will be cancelled and the amount paid will not be refunded.
- In case of late arrival or early departure, no refund is provided.
- Prices include VAT; all included services are listed in the rate conditions, visible online during the quote process and/or in the booking confirmation.
- The tourist tax is excluded and must be paid on site directly at the Reception according to municipal regulations.
- The Management reserves the right to reduce or suspend certain services during low season or due to force majeure.
2. Arrival and departure
- The Reception is open to the public from 8:30 to 13:00 and from 15:30 to 19:30.
- Upon arrival, all guests must present themselves at the reception with a valid identity document for registration.
- Late arrivals or early departures do not entitle to a refund.
- Guests are required to verify their booking details upon arrival.
- Check-in allows access to services even before accommodation/pitch handover.
- The balance of the stay must be paid at check-in or at least the day before departure, in cash or by credit card. Bank cheques and bank transfers, even instant ones, are not accepted.
- Any extra services used during the stay must be settled before departure.
- All guests are given an identification wristband to wear throughout their stay and return upon departure.
- A Car Pass is provided and must be displayed on the windshield of your vehicle and returned upon departure.
- Minors are admitted only if accompanied by a parent or an adult with proper authorisation.
- On the day of departure, accommodation keys must be returned by 10:00 along with the identification wristbands and car pass.
3. Check-in / check-out times
Accommodation:
- Check-in: from 15:30 to 19:00
- Check-out: by 10:00
Pitches:
- Check-in: from 12:00 to 13:00 and from 15:30 to 19:00
- Check-out: by 11:00
Late departure, if not agreed upon, will result in an additional day being charged.
4. Traffic and parking
- Vehicle access is only permitted for loading/unloading on arrival and departure days.
- During the stay, vehicles must be parked in designated areas with the car pass displayed.
- The car park is internal but unattended.
- Maximum speed: walking pace (10 km/h).
- Using vehicles for unnecessary internal movements is not permitted.
Gate closure times: from 20:00 to 8:00 (pedestrian access only).
5. Quiet hours and coexistence
To ensure relaxation and well-being, quiet hours are: 13:00 – 15:30 and 23:00 – 07:00.
During these hours:
- Disturbing noises are prohibited.
- Setting up or dismantling equipment is prohibited.
- Keep the volume of devices low.
It is also prohibited to:
- Use drones without authorisation from the Management.
- Use private generators.
- Play loud music or disturb other guests.
- Charge electric cars, e-bikes or scooters using unauthorised charging stations or power outlets.
The Management may terminate the stay in case of disrespectful behaviour.
6. Use of pitches and accommodation
Pitches:
- 1 party per pitch, maximum 6 persons.
- Everything must remain within the assigned boundaries.
- Crossing other guests' pitches is prohibited.
- Modifying the ground or demarcating the space is prohibited.
Accommodation:
- Moving furniture or taking it outside is prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- Report any damage within 24 hours.
- Leave the accommodation clean and tidy.
- Washing dishes and cleaning the sink and hob are the guest's responsibility and are not included in the final cleaning. A fee of €20.00 will be charged for failure to clean.
- Only persons registered at the Reception for that specific accommodation may stay and use the facilities.
7. Swimming pool
The use of the swimming pool is permitted exclusively during the hours posted at its entrance.
For hygiene and safety reasons:
- Rinsing your feet at the foot fountains before entering the pool area is mandatory.
- Wearing flip-flops is mandatory.
- Showering before entering the water is mandatory.
- Running along the pool edge is prohibited.
- Diving where not permitted is prohibited.
- Bringing glasses or glass objects into the pool area is prohibited.
- Minors must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
- Animals are not allowed in the pool area.
The Management declines all responsibility for improper use of the pool or lack of supervision of minors.
8. Sanitary facilities and laundry
Sanitary facilities and laundry areas must be used in compliance with hygiene standards and civil coexistence.
It is mandatory to:
- Keep the facilities and equipment clean after use.
- Use sanitary fittings, sinks and washing machines correctly.
- Respect quiet hours also in common areas.
It is not permitted to:
- Wash dishes or clothing in washbasins intended for personal hygiene.
- Leave personal belongings unattended.
- Use personal appliances without authorisation.
Any faults or issues must be promptly reported to the reception.
9. Safety and conduct
It is prohibited to:
- Light open fires.
- Use unattended flames.
- Tamper with systems and equipment.
- Use equipment improperly.
Tying or attaching clotheslines to trees or campsite vegetation is not permitted.
Barbecues are permitted only when used safely and never left unattended. Gas cylinders must comply with safety standards and be in good condition.
In case of emergency, immediately notify the reception.
10. Electrical systems and water
- Connections must use CEE-standard cables only.
- Using high-consumption appliances is prohibited.
- Connecting electric cars to pitch power outlets is prohibited.
- Cables must not cross roads or pathways.
The Management may disconnect non-compliant connections.
Water is a precious resource: please use it responsibly.
11. Environment and cleanliness
- Waste separation is mandatory.
- Littering is prohibited.
- Damaging vegetation is prohibited.
- Digging is prohibited.
It is not permitted to:
- Wash dishes or laundry outside designated areas.
- Pour liquids or pollutants onto the ground.
12. Animals
Animals are admitted only if declared at the time of booking.
- They must comply with health regulations.
- They must always be kept on a lead.
- They must never be left unattended.
- Droppings must be picked up immediately.
Animals are not allowed in the swimming pool area, sanitary facilities, children's play areas and any other zones indicated by the Management.
Owners are responsible for any damage caused.
13. Day visitors
- They must register at the reception.
- Access is permitted during designated hours.
- A fee applies for visits exceeding 2 hours.
Registered guests are responsible for their visitors. Unauthorised access will result in immediate removal.
14. Liability
The Management is not liable for:
- Theft or damage to personal belongings.
- Natural events or force majeure.
- Damage caused by other guests.
Each guest is responsible for their own conduct and for any minors in their care.
15. Damage and security deposit
Guests are required to take care of the structures, accommodation, furnishings and equipment provided by the facility.
Any damage caused intentionally or through improper use will be charged to the responsible guest.
The Management reserves the right to request a security deposit for certain types of stays or accommodation, which will be returned at the end of the stay after inspection of the accommodation.
Any anomalies or damage present upon arrival must be reported within 24 hours of check-in.
16. Final provisions
- These rules are binding for all guests.
- The Management may ask anyone who does not comply to leave.
- Interpretation of these rules is the exclusive competence of the Management.
17. Emergencies and assistance
- In case of emergency, guests must follow the staff's instructions.
- For medical needs or emergencies, guests may contact the reception, which will provide assistance and information about healthcare services available in the area.
18. Lost property
Found items must be handed in at the reception. The Management is not responsible for unattended belongings.
19. Privacy
Personal data will be processed in compliance with current regulations. The facility may use video surveillance systems for security purposes.
