Etrusco Camping Village is committed to making its website www.etruscocampingvillage.it accessible, in accordance with Law January 9, 2004, No. 4 (Stanca Law) and subsequent amendments, Legislative Decree August 10, 2018, No. 106 implementing EU Directive 2016/2102, and the Guidelines on accessibility of computer tools issued by the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID).
Conformity status
This website is partially compliant with the requirements set by the Guidelines on accessibility of computer tools, in accordance with standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, due to the non-conformities and/or exemptions listed below.
Inaccessible content
The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reasons:
Non-conformity with Guidelines
Images and non-text content –
Some decorative or informative images may not have adequate alternative text
(WCAG success criterion 1.1.1).
Color contrast –
In some sections of the site the contrast ratio between text and background may not reach
the minimum required level of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text
(WCAG success criterion 1.4.3).
Keyboard navigation –
Some interactive elements may not be fully accessible or usable
through keyboard navigation alone (WCAG success criterion 2.1.1).
Third-party content –
Components integrated from external services (Google Maps, booking widgets, embedded videos)
may not be fully compliant with accessibility requirements. The Data Controller does not have
direct control over such contents.
Disproportionate burden
At present no exemptions are invoked for disproportionate burden.
Measures adopted and planned
The Data Controller is committed to progressively improving the accessibility of the Site through the following actions:
– Periodic review of contents to ensure adequate alternative text for all
informative images.
– Verification and adjustment of color contrast ratios in the various sections of the Site.
– Improvement of keyboard navigability and compatibility with
assistive technologies (screen readers).
– Training of staff responsible for managing web content on good accessibility practices.
– Periodic accessibility testing with automated and manual tools.
Technologies used
The accessibility of the Site is based on the following technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, WAI-ARIA. The Site is designed to be compatible with the main browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and with the most common assistive technologies.

This statement was prepared based on a self-assessment conducted by the Data Controller, using automated verification tools and manual controls.
