The Palio of Siena is one of the most famous historical events in Italy. Twice a year, in Piazza del Campo, the districts of the city compete in a spectacular horse race preceded by a solemn medieval costume procession. An intense and engaging event, where tradition, passion and Sienese identity merge in a unique atmosphere in the world.

In the evocative fortified village of Monteriggioni, the ancient walls and 14 towers provide the setting for one of the most felt medieval reenactments in Tuscany. For a few days the castle travels back in time, with costumed performers, street artists, medieval markets and engaging shows.

The program includes themed banquets in the Castle, music, historical entertainment and spaces dedicated to children with games and storytelling. A unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the medieval atmosphere and experience a suggestive experience in one of the most iconic villages in the area.

Blue Etruscan is an original festival dedicated to Etruscan civilization that enlivens the village of Murlo for a summer weekend, transforming it into a real Etruscan village with historical reenactments, archeotrekking, educational workshops, conferences, guided tours and activities for all ages. Historical markets, live music and food and wine spaces accompany an immersive experience discovering Etruscan history and traditions in the heart of Tuscany.

The Bravio delle Botti is the competition between eight districts of Montepulciano competing for a painted cloth by rolling barrels of about 80 kg each, along an uphill route of over one kilometer in the city center.

A weekend show with the best Tuscan and Italian beekeepers, technical seminars and educational workshops open to the public that enliven the Montalcino's Fourteenth-Century Fortress and the Empire Gardens, with the awaited international competition "Roberto Franci".

Toscana Gustando is a food and wine trade show that enlivens the historic center of Montepulciano with stands of typical regional products, tastings and cooking shows. The event offers an opportunity to discover and compare flavors of excellence from Tuscany and other Italian regions while walking between Piazza Grande and Piazza delle Erbe.

The White Truffle of the Crete Senesi Trade Show celebrates in the next edition thirty-eight years of activity. It was back in 1985 when for the first time in San Giovanni d'Asso took place what would become one of the most important Italian events dedicated to the precious white truffle.

During the first weekend of December, the splendid Piazza del Campo of Siena transforms into a large Christmas market inspired by the ancient "Great Markets" of the Fourteenth Century. For two or three days, over 150 exhibitors present food and wine products, local crafts and typical specialties, creating a festive atmosphere with flavors, lights and tradition.
