Data voluntarily provided by the user

By filling out contact forms, sending emails or making reservation requests, users voluntarily provide personal data such as: first and last name, email address, phone number, postal address and any other information entered in free text fields. Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used for the operation of the Site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These are pieces of information that are not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but that by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. Purpose of processing

The personal data collected are processed for the following purposes:

a) Management of contact and information requests – to respond to requests submitted through contact forms, email or telephone. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures (article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of GDPR).

b) Reservation management – to process and manage reservation and stay requests. Legal basis: performance of contract (article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of GDPR).

c) Compliance with legal obligations – to comply with obligations provided by law, regulations or European legislation. Legal basis: legal obligation (article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of GDPR).

d) Statistical analysis – to analyze in aggregate and anonymous form the ways in which the Site is used, in order to improve its contents and features. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Data Controller (article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of GDPR).

e) Marketing and promotional communications – with prior explicit user consent, to send commercial communications, newsletters and offers relating to the Data Controller's services. Legal basis: consent (article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of GDPR).

Processing methods

The processing of personal data is carried out using computer and/or electronic means, with organizational and logical methods strictly related to the purposes indicated. The Data Controller adopts appropriate technical and organizational security measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data, as well as to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction thereof.

Communication and disclosure of data

Personal data may be communicated to external entities that perform activities instrumental to those of the Data Controller, as data processors, such as: computer and hosting service providers, tax and legal consultants, credit institutions, web analytics service providers. Data will not be disclosed or transferred to countries outside the European Union, unless necessary for performance of the contract and in compliance with the guarantees provided by GDPR.

Data retention period

Personal data are retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and, in any case, within the limits provided by law. In particular: data relating to contact requests are retained for the time necessary to fulfill the request and for a subsequent period not exceeding 24 months; data relating to reservations are retained for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and for the following 10 years, in compliance with tax and civil law obligations; data processed for marketing purposes are retained until the user revokes consent.

Access – obtain confirmation of the existence of processing of personal data concerning you and access to your data.

Rectification – obtain rectification of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data.

Erasure – obtain erasure of personal data in the cases provided by law.

Restriction – obtain restriction of processing in the cases provided by law.

Portability – receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

Objection – object to processing of personal data for reasons relating to your particular situation.

Withdrawal of consent – withdraw at any time consent given, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
